Building an Action Plan to Out-Hustle the Economy

Sure, times are tough. With spending cuts and worries about the future, it's natural to want to bury your head in the sand. Many organizations will choose to cut back their development activities — an understandable response, but one that won't position you or your organization for success. Every organization, large and small, needs to create an action plan. This session will cover key topics such as evaluating new income sources; promoting constituent loyalty through recognition programs for donors, volunteers, and advocates; crafting a strong and transparent communications strategy; and improving the ask. Join us for real strategies you can institute now to ensure you not only survive, but thrive.
